Return & exchange details
Even if washed or worn, we offer free returns:

30 days → Full refund

180 days → Store credit
After your return is processed, we’ll send a refund confirmation email. Refunds are generally issued within 10 business days of receiving your return. Due to current order volume, some delays may occur—thanks for your patience. ⏳

Regarding free gifts
If returns put your order below the promotional threshold, the free gift must be returned. Prefer to keep it without qualifying? We’ll deduct the gift’s cost from your refund or request payment. 🎁

Change/cancel after ordering
We cannot change or cancel orders once submitted. You can return items; refunds apply to the product total only (shipping is non-refundable).
